Who you are contracting with

Lemniscate ehf is the seller and operator of the MyGardenova service. Lemniscate ehf is a private limited company registered in Iceland, trading as MyGardenova, and sells worldwide in USD. By using MyGardenova you are entering into an agreement with Lemniscate ehf.

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

The service

MyGardenova is an online garden design service. You send photos, sketches, drawings, measurements and a description of what you want, and a purpose-built garden AI model returns a visual garden direction with plant and material suggestions, a rough cost overview, a build order and a downloadable report.

All packages are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no physical products.

Packages and revisions

Concept ($149) includes the initial design images with no revision rounds. Refined Design ($249) adds three revision requests. Complete Makeover ($349) includes unlimited revision dialogue for 14 days within the agreed visual scope.

A revision is a change within the same project and the same visual scope. A completely new site, a different property or a new brief is a new project.

Delivery

Work starts once payment is confirmed and your brief and uploads are complete. First design images are normally ready within a few days. If we need more information from you, delivery time starts when we receive it.

We work to deliver a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Your bank or card statement will show the charge from Paddle.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes using it for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service (including introducing malware, probing or scanning the service, or scraping it).

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share everything you upload.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If access ends for a completed order, your delivered designs remain yours to use as described below.

What MyGardenova does not provide

MyGardenova does not provide engineering drawings, construction documents, official permit drawings, 3D models, exact planting schedules, structural calculations, contractor management or purchasing.

Cost figures are planning estimates, not binding quotes. Real cost depends on your country, suppliers, access, labour and final execution. Complex work still needs a local professional, precise on-site measurements and the correct permits.

Your material and our designs

You keep ownership of everything you upload, and you may use the delivered designs and reports freely for your own property or project, including sharing them with contractors. Lemniscate ehf retains ownership of the MyGardenova service itself, including its software, documentation and branding.

MyGardenova uses AI tools as part of the design process. Designs are illustrative concepts, not photographs of a guaranteed result, and should not be relied on as professional construction, engineering or permit advice.
