30-day money-back guarantee

This refund policy applies to all MyGardenova digital design packages sold by Lemniscate ehf (Iceland) through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, whether or not the design images have already been delivered.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions there, or write to hello@mygardenova.com with your project name and what went wrong, and we will help you.

We answer refund requests within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Making it right first

If a delivery clearly does not match the brief you submitted, we will first offer to redo the work — often that gets you to a design you love faster. If we still cannot deliver something usable, the refund applies as described above.
